		<description>Smart move by VF. With standardisation failing miserably (OMA, GSMA, etc.), doing something is better than doing nothing and letting the OEM&#039;s scoop up all the revenue. It is indeed, as you say, their weapon to defend themselves from becoming the dumb pipe. They should however, not lose sight of that other weapon, customer relationship management....... Definitely a weapon that is still under used and under valued, and under developed!</description>
